Most people are familiar with San Diego’s beaches and sunshine, but few know how unique the city’s neighborhood neon signs are.  There are currently nine neighborhoods in the city and one in north San Diego County that have them.  Most represent Business Improvement Districts formed to enhance visibility and community pride.
